Online Purchases

Your experience is important to us so if we can make it right, we will. If you are unhappy with the quality of a particular item, please notify us via email at support@regrocery.co within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to remedy the issue.

Please note that certain merchandise is not eligible for refunds, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

We reserve the right to refuse any refund request if you do not make it within 7 days of delivery or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the return policy is being abused.

In Store Purchases

If you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased from re_, we will provide you with a refund in accordance with and subject to the terms of this policy.

re_ accepts returns for products purchased from re_ with a receipt within 7 days of purchase. We will reimburse you for your returned items with a refund equal to the amount for which you purchased the returned product.

Items that are damaged, or do not have a receipt, may be denied a refund or exchange.

We require receipts for all returns. Should you not have your receipt, we can also attempt to look up the receipt for your purchase in store. If we cannot find your receipt, we will not accept your return.

You must bring the item and the method of payment used to the re_ store at which you purchased it within the return window in order to return the item. A store associate can look up receipts for purchases.

If your original receipt isn't available, the refund may be applied to a gift card. re_ reserves the right to limit or refuse any refund when the receipt isn’t available or if you bring a product in for return more than 7 days after you purchased it.

Gift cards sold at re_ cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit.

Products filled in personal containers cannot be returned for public health safety reasons.
