Roasted in Los Angeles by Canyon Coffee Co. Tasting notes: chocolate, nougat, stonefruit. Process: Washed. This lot was produced between 1,500 to 2,100 meters above sea level with rich soil that allows for the optimal production of coffee. It is made up of Caturra, Castillo varieties, and is certified Organic and Fair Trade. The coffee underwent 12 hours of fermentation and dried for 10 to 20 days depending on the farm.
