Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Heat canola oil over medium heat until it reaches 300°F.
  2. Add chili flakes, dried onion, dried garlic, and sesame seeds into the oil.
  3. Stir continuously until sesame seeds turn light golden brown (about 3-5 minutes).
  4. Turn off the heat and add salt, sugar, sesame seed oil, and liquid aminos. Stir to incorporate.
  5. Once cool, stir and transfer into a jar. Enjoy on eggs, avocado toast or anything that needs a little kick!
