This recipe is for our Chili Crisp in Oil, a versatile condiment that adds a spicy and savory kick to a variety of dishes. This particular recipe yields approximately 8 fluid ounces and is perfect for those who enjoy a bit of heat with their meals.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp dried minced onion
- 2 tsp dried minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp cane sugar
- 2 tsp sesame seed oil
- 1/2 tsp liquid aminos
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp tamari sauce
Method:
- Heat canola oil over medium heat until it reaches 300°F.
- Add chili flakes, dried onion, dried garlic, and sesame seeds into the oil.
- Stir continuously until sesame seeds turn light golden brown (about 3-5 minutes).
- Turn off the heat and add salt, sugar, sesame seed oil, and liquid aminos. Stir to incorporate.
- Once cool, stir and transfer into a jar. Enjoy on eggs, avocado toast or anything that needs a little kick!
