Recipe // Blueberry Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients
β 1 lb. dried blueberries, softened in warm water
β β
cup plus 1 tablespoon honey
β 2 cups chilled plain whole milk yogurt
β ΒΌ cup re_ agave
β 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
β Raspberries, to top
Directions
β Combine blueberries, Β½ cup water and 1 T honey in a small saucepan. Coarsely mash the blueberries using a fork or potato masher. Place over medium-high heat and bring to a boil.
β Remove the pan from the heat, cover and let the mixture stand for 15 minutes. Place the remaining β
cup honey, yogurt, agave, lemon juice and cooled blueberry syrup in a blender or food processor. Blend until the mixture is almost smooth.
β Transfer the yogurt mixture to a shallow glass baking dish, cover and freeze until slushy, about 2 hours.
β Using a fork, stir to blend. Continue to freeze until firm, at least 8 hours or overnight.
