Recipe // Smoky Tamari Tofu Marinade
The key to easy, flavorful weeknight dinners? A single sheet pan, a char on your veggies, and a really good tofu marinade.

Ingredients:Â
→ 1lb 4oz firm tofu or 1 re_ jar of tofuÂ
→ ¼ cup olive oilÂ
→ 3 tbsp tamariÂ
→ 2 tbsp rice vinegarÂ
→ 3 garlic cloves, mincedÂ
→ 2 tsp smoked paprikaÂ
→ 1 tsp ground cumin
Instructions:Â
→ Place the tofu blocks evenly on a flat surface lined with a clean towel and pat dry. Cut into the desired shape.Â
→ In a jar or shallow dish, whisk together the marinade ingredients and add the tofu. Toss gently to coat and marinate for 1 hour or at least 30 minutes.Â
→ Cook it how you’d like, by baking, pan frying, or air frying. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months. The tofu will become even more flavorful over time, making this great for meal prep.
