→ ½ cute 72% cacao dark chocolate chips
→ ¼ cup raw almond butter
→ 2 tbsp rose petals
→ Sea salt, to top
Instructions:
→ Slice the dates lengthwise from the top, keeping the bottom intact. Remove the pits and gently press into a heart shape ♥️
→ Layer a plate or small baking sheet with parchment paper.
→ Drip about 1 teaspoon of almond butter on each heart-shaped date and place in the fridge for 20 minutes to harden.
→ Fill a small pot with water and bring to a low boil. Add the chocolate chips to a heatproof bowl and place on the pot to melt. Stir until evenly melted.
→ Using a fork, dip each date into the melted chocolate and let any excess drip through the fork.
→ Place the coated date hearts on the parchment paper. Sprinkle with rose petals and sea salt.
→ Refrigerate for 30 minutes to harden. Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
