Recipe // Chocolate Covered Raspberries

Ingredients

4oz semi-sweet, sugar free dark chocolate

1 carton of fresh raspberries

Directions

β†’ Rinse the raspberries or clean with fruit and veg wash and then dry completely with a kitchen towel. The chocolate won’t stick if they’re still wet.
β†’ Add water to a saucepan and pour the chocolate into a heatproof glass bowl. Bring the water to a low boil and place the bowl on top.
β†’ Stir the chocolate until melted and smooth and then remove the bowl from the pot.
β†’ Line a plate or small baking sheet with parchment paper and dip the raspberries.
β†’ Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes to set. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for several weeks.
