Canyon's current producer is the Asprasar co-op in South East Tolima. Asprasar was created in 2016 by about 100 men and women farmers, with the goal of increasing their quality of life through earning higher prices for their coffees. Asprasar is committed to preserving the environment for future generations and has achieved an impressive number of certifications: organic, NOP, EU, Jas, FLO, Rainforest Alliance, UTZ, and Manos de Mujer.
