1 cauliflower, cut into pieces
1 medium red onion, chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin powder
½ tsp cardamom
1 tsp salt
2 tsp lemon zest
Juice of 1 lemon
¼ cup parsley
½ cup pistachios
