Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup pitted medjool dates
- ½ cup raw mixed nuts, roughly chopped
- ¼ cup chia seed
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup hemp seeds
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup agave, maple syrup, or honey
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and roast the oats and mixed nuts for about 10 minutes.
- While those are in the oven, using a food processor, blend up the dates until they form a paste like “ball”. In a large bowl add the dates, toasted oats, nuts, and seeds.
- Warm up your peanut butter and agave in a pan over medium low heat until they’re incorporated smoothly. Add the mixture to your bowl and mix well using a spatula or your hands.
- Transfer to a square or rectangular container and push the mixture down until it’s about an inch thick.
- Store in the freezer and cut up when ready to eat!
