Recipe // Tofu Veggie Stir Fry

Time for a tofu veggie stir fry using three seasonings from our new Spice Bundle!

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry; set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add cubed tofu, chili powder, garlic powder and onion powder and cook until all sides are golden brown. Remove tofu and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add sesame oil. Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Return tofu to the skillet. Add soy sauce and the cornstarch slurry; stir well to combine.
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve over cooked rice or pasta, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
