Ingredients
4 mini or Persian cucumbers
8 radishes (or one bunch)
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 jalapeño, sliced
1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Drizzle of finishing olive oil
Squeeze of half a lemon
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
Slice the veggies with a knife. Add to a bowl and top with dill, a drizzle with olive oil and a squeeze of half a lemon. Season to taste.
