Recipe // Forest Calm Bath Soak
Bring the grounding scent of the forest to your bath with this soothing, mineral-rich soak. A 16oz jar makes about 4 relaxing baths that melt away tension, soften skin, and calm the senses with notes of fir needle, cedarwood, and lavender π²
Ingredients
β ΒΎ cup Epsom salt β relaxes muscles and relieves tension
β ΒΎ cup coarse pink Himalayan salt β detoxifying and mineral-rich
β ΒΌ cup baking soda β softens skin and balances pH
β 2 tbsp dried botanicals (rose petals, hibiscus, lavender, chamomile, or rosemary)
β 1 tbsp carrier oil (like sweet almond or jojoba) β nourishes skin
β 10 drops essential oils (5 drops fir needle + 3 drops cedarwood + 2 drops lavender)
Layering
β In a bowl, combine Epsom salt, Himalayan salt, and baking soda.
β Stir in dried petals or herbs.
β In a small dish, mix the carrier oil and essential oils together.
β Drizzle the oil blend over the salts and stir until evenly coated (the texture should stay fluffy, not oily).
β Spoon into a clean, dry 16oz jar and seal tightly.
To Use
β Add Β½ cup to a warm bath, let dissolve, and soak for 20 minutes of forest-inspired calm.
