Recipe // Homemade Pickles
Ready for summer pickles 🥒 If you’ve got a few cukes to use, pick up your basics waste-free at re_ :

Ingredients:
→ 2 small cucumbers (we used persian)
→ ½ c water
→ ½ c rice vinegar
→ 1 ½ tbsp maple syrup or cane sugar
→ 1 ½ tsp salt
→ 1 tsp black peppercorn
→ 2 sprigs fresh dill
→ 1 bay leaf
→ 2 cloves garlic, crushed
→ 1 16oz re_ grocery jar
Directions:
→ Place in the fridge for at least an hour before eating! Store in the fridge for up to a week.
