Recipe // Homemade Pickles

Ready for summer pickles 🥒 If you’ve got a few cukes to use, pick up your basics waste-free at re_ :

Ingredients

2 small cucumbers (we used persian)
½ c water
½ c rice vinegar
1 ½ tbsp maple syrup or cane sugar
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp black peppercorn
2 sprigs fresh dill
1 bay leaf
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 16oz re_ grocery jar

Directions

Place in the fridge for at least an hour before eating! Store in the fridge for up to a week.
